Do not use pure essential oils. Essential oils are diluted in a vegetable oil when applied to the skin. Carry out a skin tolerance test in the crook of your elbow and wait 48 hours before using the oil on the skin. Do not use the essential oil if you notice a reaction such as redness, itching or stinging.

If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Essential oils should not be applied to the eyes, the eye contour area, neither into the ears. In case of contact, apply a plenty of vegetable oil and take promptly medical advice.

This other melaleuca from Australia, rarer than the others, produces an essential oil that emanates a very sweet, heady, subtly tart and sweet fragrance.
It has bactericidal, deodorant and even lipotropic effects, it is used 10% in a neutral vegetable oil for anti-cellulite massages.

This honey myrtle essential oil from Australia is distilled from the soft white flowers, green leaves, and rich brown twigs of the plant.
Properties
This little known oil is full of sweet honey scent and potent qualities.
Commonly known as "Banbar" or "Marsh Honey Myrtle" this plant of the tea tree family has a long history of use as a bush medicine by the Noongar people of Southwestern Australia.

While most Melaleuca species offer antifungal properties, they all vary in their chemical compositions.
Honey myrtle oil (Melaleuca teretifolia) has the highest citral content.
