Do not use pure essential oils. Essential oils are diluted in a vegetable oil when applied to the skin. Carry out a skin tolerance test in the crook of your elbow and wait 48 hours before using the oil on the skin. Do not use the essential oil if you notice a reaction such as redness, itching or stinging.

The Goldenrod (and its 80 subspecies native to North America) is one of the few to have spread in Europe and elsewhere in the World.
Like the plant used for a millennium by the Plains Indians, the goldenrod hydrosol has anti-inflammatory and calming effects, as much joint pain as too fast heartbeat.
Applied in the hepato-biliary region, the goldenrod promotes the gentle drainage of these essential organs.
It also prevents, reduces and relieves allergic reactions to late summer pollens.
Psychologically, the goldenrod flower helps to foster a sense of harmony in community, without however denying our own individuality.
The flowering tops of goldenrod in decoction or in herbal tea, like its hydrosol, also have a beneficial draining effect on the kidneys and bladder.
It is also beneficial for the prostate and manhood , as indicated by its evocative name of goldenrod !

This organic hydrosol of Goldenrod from Canada is obtained from the steam distillation of water from the tops flowering of the plant.

Goldenrod, sometimes called goldenrod, is a tall herb about 1 m tall with yellow flowers in panicles.
It has been used in Europe since the Middle Ages to heal wounds.
