Do not use pure essential oils. Essential oils are diluted in a vegetable oil when applied to the skin. Carry out a skin tolerance test in the crook of your elbow and wait 48 hours before using the oil on the skin. Do not use the essential oil if you notice a reaction such as redness, itching or stinging.

A softened version of balsam fir essential oil, its hydrosol with a suave and fruity aroma and taste, is antiseptic, deodorant and refreshing.
It is possible to add a teaspoon to a glass of water.
Nicknamed the "Indian plaster" (in Quebec, small adhesive bandage), it can be applied directly to infected skin, even thin and sensitive.
To clean the air and / or the lungs, you can spread it in the bathroom or spray it on the pillow.

This organic hydrosol of Balsam Fir from Canada is distilled from the needles of the tree.
Properties
The dark green needles of balsam fir have long been used medicinally to treat humans and animals.
From Newfoundland west to Minnesota, and south to Virginia, needles were sought after for their ability to open, release and soothe.
Like a milder version of essential oil, hydrosol can be applied directly to the skin by adding it to a body or foot bath, as a compress, or by spraying it directly onto the affected area.
Used as a spray to purify and freshen the air indoors, its woody, earthy scent is reminiscent of the tranquil autumn forest and invites us to slow down, breathing deeply.
