Do not use pure essential oils. Essential oils are diluted in a vegetable oil when applied to the skin. Carry out a skin tolerance test in the crook of your elbow and wait 48 hours before using the oil on the skin. Do not use the essential oil if you notice a reaction such as redness, itching or stinging.
Keep out of reach of children.
If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Essential oils should not be applied to the eyes, the eye contour area, neither into the ears. In case of contact, apply a plenty of vegetable oil and take promptly medical advice.
If symptoms persist or worsen when using essential oil, consult a health care practitioner.
If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun.

Properties
La plante était traditionnellement utilisé pour fabriquer des huiles parfumées pour les cheveux et les massages.
Le célèbre parfum de Jean Patou, "Joy", le deuxième parfum le plus vendu au monde après Chanel n°5, est dérivé en partie des huiles essentielles de fleurs de Champaca.
C'est de là que vient le nom vernaculaire "arbre à parfum Joy".
De nombreux parfumeurs de niche utilisent l'absolue de Champaca en tant que parfums à note unique.
Suggestions for use
Il se retrouve souvent pour la création de parfums fruités ou épicés (en synergie avec de la rose, du jasmin, du magnolia, de la bergamote, du poivre, du gingembre etc).
Il aurait traditionnellement une action sur les troubles psycho-somatiques, le manque d'intéret sexuel et la froideur émotionnelle (Lydia Bosson).
Il est utilisé aussi en cas de stress, surmenage, tension nerveuse, agitation intérieure.
Vous pouvez ainsi l'utiliser en cas de peaux sensibles et irritées, peaux sèches à très sèches, ou, pour la digestion difficile ou lente, ballonnements, les douleurs musculaires.

L'arbre est originaire du royaume indomalais, composé de l'Asie du Sud, de l'Asie du Sud-Est-Indochine et du sud de la Chine.
On le trouve dans les écorégions des forêts de feuillus humides tropicales et subtropicales, à des altitudes de 200 à 1 600 mètres (660 à 5 250 pieds).
Il se trouve aussi aux Maldives, au Bangladesh, au Cambodge, en Chine, en Inde, Indonésie,Malaisie, Myanmar, Népal, Thaïlande et Vietnam.
En Chine, il est possible de le trouver au sud du Xizang et dans les provinces du sud et du sud-ouest du Yunnan.
C'est un arbre qui peut atteindre 50 m (160") de haut et qui fleurit de juin à septembre.
